THE CONCEPT
The concept of Focaccia ‘n’ Tonic is inspired from the Italian “Aperitivo Time”, where people are joining bars and pubs in pre-lunch and pre-dinner time where they are social dining while enjoying some cold Wine, Cocktails and Gin Tonic.
The food is easy going and most of the time finger food so there’s no formal service but more focus is on the atmosphere, music and have good time with people at own table.
